MINIMUM ORDER:

Example: (12/CS) indicates a case contains

REQUIRED INFORMATION:
All orders require manager's name, purchase order number (if
applicable), community name, telephone/fax number, shipping
address, and the management
company, address and phone number. Personalized cards require
a fax with correct spelling of property name and phone
number to ensure
accuracy in your order.
FIRST ORDERS:
Must be called in followed by a fax with an authorized buyer's
signature, which is kept on file. This indicates acceptance
of our terms and
conditions.
METHODS
OF PAYMENT/TERMS:
COD - Check or Money Order. Net 30 days -
accounts are payable 30 days from the date of invoice on approved
accounts only. A finance charge of 1.5% will
be assessed on past-due invoices.
AUTHORIZED
BUYERS:
Please have your customer number and order information ready.
Give the item number first, then name, followed by the quantity
you wish
to order.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Orders shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise instructed.
Shipping and Handling charges will be added to invoices
based on weight
and destination
from Houston, Texas. Invoices are attached to
No.1 shipping box.
SHORTAGES, DAMAGED, RETURNS:
Gifts containing food are NOT RETURNABLE. Requests
for damage returns or shortage claims must be made to our
customer service
department
within 3 days of receipt. Please check
orders immediately. All returns require a valid authorization
number and
are subject to a 20% RESTOCKING
FEE. Merchandise must be returned in original
carton and in sellable
condition. NO EXCEPTIONS!
CONDITIONS:
Baskets, contents and price are subject to change pending
availability of products. When substitutions are
necessary, they are always
nice surprises that are of equal or greater value.
